Everything You Get With Our Packages
Plan a wedding with Carolyn's Personalized Catering and Sunrise Park & Banquet Center and you'll have the wedding of your dreams. Our convenient packages always include:
- Hall rental for a five-hour period, including setup and cleanup by our staff
- Additional three hours hall availability the morning of your event and 1 hour after the event
- Beverage station, including regular and decaf coffee, iced tea, and hot tea
- Catered dinner with china service - buffet style or table served, including two hot meats, selection of hot vegetable and potato, salad table, rolls, and butter
- Linen service for all guests and service tables in ivory, black or white and linen napkins in assorted colors
- Bridal party table served by our staff
- Hostess service, kitchen, and wait staff
- Two consultations with on-site event planners to assist with menu and event details
Two Different Dining Plans
Plated Dinner Service
- Head table served at their table by our staff
- Dinner plated and served to your guests by our staff at their tables
- China service includes dinner and salad plates, flatware, water glasses, and carafes
- Linen tablecloths with linen napkins in water glasses
- 21% service charge applicable
Buffet Service
- Head table served with hostess service for guest tables
- Dinner served to your guests at the buffet, by our staff
- Basic china service includes dinner and salad plates, flatware
- Linen tablecloths with linen napkins fashion folded and a table placed
- 18% service charge applicable
- Water service available for an additional $2.00 per guest
Additional china and glassware such as bread and dessert plates and wine and champagne glasses are available at $0.60 each. Specialty linens, chair covers, and table runners are available at an additional charge.
Prices quoted are for Saturday events, for which there is a minimum of 175 guests. Friday and Sunday rentals are discounted 10%, provided there is a minimum of 100 guests.
Prices are based upon a minimum of 100 guests and are subject to Ohio sales tax of 6.75%. A service charge of 18% - 21% is applicable.
Ultimate Wedding Package
Our 2024 Ultimate Wedding package includes everything in our standard package from Sunrise and Carolyn’s Catering, as well as the following upscale additions to make your event truly spectacular!

2024 Full-Service Bar Plans
Sunrise Park & Banquet Center is a state-licensed facility for alcohol service, serving beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Our responsible, experienced bartenders are professionally dressed in tuxedo shirts and will provide knowledgeable, friendly service to you and your guests. Plasticware is used for serving, but a full glassware bar, including rocks, pilsner, wine, and Asti is available for a toast for only $2.95 per guest. Our fully stocked bar includes the following mixers:
