A Mediterranean chicken breast served with a chunky tomato and white wine sauce
Herb Roasted Pork Loin
Roasted pork loin topped with lots of fresh herbs and a caramelized Vidalia onion sauce

 Tender chunks of pork tenderloin simmered in a sweet and spicy orange sauce along with bell pepper, onions and honey
Eggplant Parmesan
 Eggplant slices that have been breaded with Italian bread crumbs and baked until golden, then layered with a fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese

Thick slice of ham glazed with a blend of citrus juices, honey and brown sugar

Sliced russet potatoes baked in a creamy white sauce until a golden crust forms
Pittsburg Potatoes
Hash browns, cheddar cheese, onion and sour cream combined to make this a wonderful casserole
