Two Meat Hot Buffet
Carolyn’s “Personalized” Catering gives you the option to create your own menu by making selections from the following menu items. Most menus begin with a salad, either buffet served, table placed or self serve table, followed by your menu selections choosing two entrees, a potato, pasta, or rice dish and a vegetable, dinner rolls and butter. We offer buffet service, family style or sit-down service. Prices are determined by menu selections, service and china preferences.

FUNERAL DINNER INFORMATION
At Carolyn's Catering, we understand the need for quick planning for luncheons for funerals and memorial services. Our facility, Sunrise Park & Banquet Center, may be available for your gathering, or we can cater for you at a facility of your choice. The following menu selections are available for funeral dinners:

These are the basic funeral luncheons. We of course can do a variety of other entrees, but in trying to keep the cost down for families in need of this service and at such short notice we find these choices work well.
